| Description: The BWB "Belgian Bubbel" is an ale with a sweet, malty body and slightly fruity Belgian finish. The slightly roasted Vienna malt combined with melanoidin, caramunich, and crystal malts contribute the dark color and full body. We added just enough Styrian Golding hops at the beginning of the boil to balance out the robust malt character. Our Belgian Ale yeast has a lower attenuation than many other yeasts meaning it ferments fewer of the sugars in the beer and leaves it with a sweeter finish. |
